Speaker Bio:
Christine McIntosh is a clinician, entrepreneur, and writer. She was the 2019-2020 Professional Development Chair for the International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Christine’s career has crossed the spectrum of health domains and nutrition project development in community care leadership results in a comprehensive consideration of dietitian practice. Dr. McIntosh completed a doctorate in Education Sustainability from Nipissing University (Ontario, Canada) to help forge the vision for nutrition care(ing) to meet complex needs in a complicated food world. Christine earned her undergraduate degree from Ryerson University in Toronto Canada and a Masters in Human Nutrition at the University of Alabama. She is licensed to practice in Australia, Canada, and the USA.
